Here's a chance at a very original 1967 MG B GT that is in virtually rust free condition Car was found with new 1968 California registration and all years up to it's last registration in 1983, it appears the MG has sat since 83' as it was acquired covered in moss or algae. The MG GT spent it's life til now in beautiful San Rafael California, an area worthy of a great little sports car of the time. It has since has been brought back to Reno Nevada for an inspection of functionality after a day of cleaning and another of repairs the MG came back to life, believed to have an original 51K miles the engine upon firing instantly had great oil pressure and sounded awesome! all-be-it sitting for 33 years! This MG does have the overdrive transmission, it's a little stiff but does go between gears and the overdrive solenoid switches like it should, haven't driven the car yet as it needs a clutch slavae cylinder to drive. Appears to be original paint with no rot what so ever, one of the pictures shows a "scratch test" done with a pocket knife on the bottom of the front fender and front of the rocker. An area of concern with these cars. In the pic visible is the metal under the old paint and surface rust, in which it seems the surface rust pitting in that area is primarily stone chipping from being immediately behind the tire. Windshield and all the glass is good, has the original jack (still has parts of original paper wrapping) hammer for knock off's, paperwork since new, believe the original tires and original batteries (actually were re-filled with acid and took and held a charge!) and an awesome! wood steering wheel Underside pics show how clean this car is Dash & under-hood pics show how original it is Have many more pics available upon request Thanks for looking
