1999 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE LOWERED FLOOR HIGH TOP POWER FOLD OUT RAMP DRIVING HAND CONTROLS You are looking at a nice handicap accessible van. The van runs and drives good. Cosmetically it shows normal wear for its age inside and out. I took many pictures to give a clear picture of the condition of the van. There are scratches and dents on the body as shown on pictures and the paint on top is fainted and radio is missing, but mechanically the van is in good shape and it runs and drives the way it supposed to. This van was bought at an auction and the key was missing at the time and therefore the mileage wasn’t showing on the odometer and it doesn’t show on the title either. I wasn’t able to know the reading until I made a new key. It looks like the van hasn’t been used for a while because when I tried opening the side door and the ramp I had to give it a little push, so I recommend doing some cleaning and checking maintenance before start using, but don’t worry everything works fine. This is a great van for someone in need for an accessible van and limited with budget as these handicap vans cost too much to customize.
