1984 Porsche 928 with the sought after 5 speed manual transmission. It is in great shape overall. The current owner finding it more difficult to get in and out so he has sold off quite a fee "sports cars". Here is the second last car in a great collection up for sale. All of this collection was stored under cover with a separate dust cover. I do not think this Porsche has even seen rain while with this owner. I am making this listing on his behalf. This car came to him last year and during one of his short trips the transmission input broke. We spent a lot of time and a lot of money finding a newer gear set and replaced the entire transmission. Now it drives like new. Shifts firmly into gear without any vibration. It is a great driving car. There are a few door rubs, small seat imperfections and normal wear and tear. But for a car that is 32 years old it is in better than normal shape. And now with the new gearbox probably better than ever. The plan was a total restoration but the owner is just getting too old to do these things anymore and has asked me to liquidate for the best price that I can. He was driving it daily, just for short trips because he loves to drive it, but he will not drive it once this listing is up. It is located with easy access to Hwy 85 just about 90 miles west of Atlanta. The last shipper was in and picked up 2 cars and back on the road in less than an hour.
