Here with me is a 1997 Chevy Express, 15 Passenger van, clean title, never, never wrecked! Engine and Trans are very sounds, car drives and moves well. However, car has absolutely no breaks, and must be towed from here. Also missing seats. I am selling as is and not interested in fixing it. The car has also been sitting for 2 years, but will start right up, I will get the battery charged.
