I am selling my 1970 Monte Carlo with a bored out 454 engine which is now a 496. When I purchased the vehicle in 2012, the original owner completed a 90% restoration that cloned all the options found in a 454SS package. The remaining work includes installing the 12 bolt rear that I received with the purchase of the vehicle, wet sanding and minor paint touch-ups, reinstalling the chrome trims and the 454 badges which I received at the time of the purchase. Many additional parts are included with the sale of this vehicle. I did install rocker locks and a heat shield over a new starter, new polished valve covers, Lunati Cams, and many more parts that I received with the sale of the vehicle. The custom chrome starter that came with the vehicle is in excellent working order. The car runs great with a very loud exhaust system. The 454 engine is from a 1973 model with a 781 open chamber heads. 350 turbo trans, Lanotti Cams, 700 double pump 4 barrel carb, Vin.138570B145867. The car is being sold due to lost interest since the birth of my twin boy last year and my preparation to relocate out of the state. The price is final with no trades and lowered to sell at my lost.
