Up for sale is a beautiful 1968 Shelby GT350 Fastback Clone. (This is not a real Shelby this is a Clone and why it is Mid $30's in stead $200K..just to be clear). I have owned this car for over 4 years and have worked to make this a weekend cruiser. Almost every system has been upgraded (bills attached) to make it a family safe cruiser. This was a southern car before i acquired it and has been garaged for the las 4 years. Al list of things that I have recently done: New transmission March (2014) Less than 500 miles Power Steering Upgraded with assist New Power Steering Unit All new fuel line plumbing Front Disc Brake Conversion 11inch Upgrade Rear Drum Kit Rear Axle Bearings and Seals Motor Mounts New 3.0 Ring/Pinion/Bearings Upgraded Distributer Set Up Upgraded Head Lights Sealed Beam. All mechanicals were done at the same time in 2013. This is a great cruiser but it is not perfect. The restore job is about 10 years old but the mechanicals are tip top shape. Paint is also still very good with no fading, bubbling or peeling. The undercarriage has no rust and floor pans are solid. The car runs strong and the mechanicals are sound. The only thing I would do is put a parking brake in it and upgrade the radio. The speedo gets a little funky if you go over 60.There is no warranty on this car. If you want a great cruiser where people stop to take pictures of the car on the road, in parking lots and at car shows, this is the ride for you. I hate to sell it but I am moving on to another project and will not have the garage space. Please have the car inspected for your piece of mind. I will facilitate the best I can.
