2000 Audi A4 (fixer upper) For sale is a 2000 Audi A4 with a 5 speed. It is having transmission issues. The gears grind loudly in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. It will need a new transmission. Also, it has some rust from sitting in our yard for the past few years. The rust has eaten through the wheel wells and some of the underbody. I started replacing the fuel lines and brake lines that were rusted but I still have more work to do. The car will drive but it will leak some fluids. And lastly, the exhaust has rotted out so it is a little louder than normal. I think it makes it sound cool but others might think it is annoying. The body is in ok shape besides the rust. Has a few dents and scratches here and there and a couple larger dings. The front bumper is falling off from driving up a curb but it can be replaced pretty easily with a new one if you know what you are doing. The interior is in ok shape, just a couple tears in the seats and some stains in the carpet. It could use a good cleaning. This can be a good fixer upper if you know how to replace a transmission and do body work and some simple maintenance items. I have lost interest in this project and I am ready to sell it to the next enthusiast!
