The item for sale is a very well maintained Carrera. I am the 4th owner and have had the car since 2010. The car comes with all service records since it was new. It has the original manuals, tools and air compressor I have performed most of the service on this car and have invested over $7K in it. It is a beautiful driver; a 3+ car. It has some original paint, but the fenders, doors and quarter panels have been repainted by a previous owner. The hood is original paint, but with touched up stone chips. I have performed a lot of work on the underside of the car, including painting and re-bushing of sway bars and repainting of the heater boxes. The car has new rear axles, Oxygen sensor, coil, fuel pump, fuel pump check valve, wheels and tires. I have replaced many other parts, such as the crank shaft sensors and ignition wires, coil, polyurethane motor mounts, stainless steel brake lines in order to keep the car reliable. I have removed the air conditioning system from the car, but have all of the parts, except the hoses. The car comes with a spare ECU computer. It has a refurbished Becker CDR-220 Porsche radio/CD player. The front seats have recently been rebuilt. It is a beautiful car. This car has a major issue that must be addressed. While adjusting the valves, I found two cylinder/head bolts had broken on cylinder #6. So, the engine must come out and the car needs an upper engine rebuild. However, it does run well. The cranking compression is good and the plugs are clean. If I am unable to sell the car for what I have invested, I will have the engine rebuilt. I also have four 17" Cup I wheels and center caps that can go with the car for an additional $400. Interested buyers are encouraged to look at the car in person. I encourage the winning purchaser to pick up the car in person. I will only sell the car to buyers in the USA or Canada. I will cooperate with a shipper, but will not take responsibility for shipping. All funds must be safely in my bank account before the car can be removed from my garage.
