I am the 2nd owner of this truck. I bought this truck with 24,000 miles on it and a salvage title in 1994. The truck had been flipped over and the roof and drivers door were damaged. It now has 297,000 miles on the vehicle. The frame is straight, the salvage title is meaningless now. The truck runs strong, but there are a few issues. The clutch is a little "slippy" when the rpm's go over 3000. There is a oil leak from the left side valve cover gasket. This leak drips oil on the exhaust manifold, so sometimes it smells of burning oil. Antenna broken off, still gets good radio signal. This vehicle does not smoke, or burn oil internally. Truck has 4 NEW tires with less than 500 miles on them, a new Kenwood Bluetooth radio /CD player w/detachable face (KDC-BT562U), new door speakers . Recent cat converter, muffler. Battery is from 2012. Oil has been changed every 3-5k miles. Truck has never failed a smog test. All controls ,4 wd, lights work. I have all records from 1994. Never towed anything. Rebuilt top end, clutch, timing belt (Toyota head gasket recall) at 120,000. Truck has cheap seat cover that works. Has wheel locks, rear sliding window. Bed liner in good shape, no back bumper, but has 2 tow hooks. Looks great. Starts when you turn the key, runs strong. Heater fan works.
