For any questions, call or text Rob @ (317) 762-9966. Selling a 2010 Chrysler 300 SRT8 with Canadian origins. This one has the large 6.1L Hemi and with 400 HP and an astonishing 425 ft lb torque, can do 0-60 in 4.9 seconds. Absolutely everything works. There is currently one open recall on the air bag system but will have it taken care of before the sale ends. Tires are in decent shape having approximately 70% remaining. Carfax shows no accidents or mileage discrepancies. Cosmetically the car shows very well with nothing more then a few stone chips consistent with any car with 45,000 miles. The car is available for inspection this week in Vaughan, Ontario. Winning bidder will take possession of the vehicle in Buffalo, NY and I will happily pick you up in the car at the BUF airport. In addition to a clear Ontario title, will receive all import paperwork necessary to title this car in your state. These import docs include a Form 7501 import doc, EPA standard form 3520, and the DOT HS-7. This should satisfy all requirements in all 50 states, However please double check with your local title office and if anything else is required, I'll be glad to furnish it. I'm so confident in transferring this title to your state, that if I'm delivering the car to you, (see below for details), the closing can occur right at your title office near you if need be. If you desire a 3rd party inspection, I'm 15 minutes to a Chrysler Dealer and can drive it over for an inspection at your cost. Being retired military, I have the time on my hands to deliver within a week of the end of the auction. Car would need to be insured by the new owner though BEFORE I set off on the trip, as my current policy does not cover auto transport. Please call me for more information on delivery and a price quote. Cost of delivery and deposit must be paid before I set off. Regarding payment: A non-refundable $3,000 deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the listing. Balance is due within 7 days. I do not accept paypal for either the deposit or the balance due on the car. Accepted forms of payment are cash (in person of course) and bank to bank wire transfer. If I am to deliver the car as part of the sale, deposit must be paid as well as the delivery in advance with balance due upon delivery. I would be happy to meet with a 3rd party to inspect the car and can deliver it to the nearest dealership for an inspection at prospective buyer's expense. Changes to any of the above are only done in writing and not over the phone and must be agreed to in advance of the listing closing. Car comes with 1 Key FOB. While the odometer and trip computer functions are in Miles, the Speedo has KM on the outside and Miles on the inside (see pic below).
