The transmission shifts nice and smooth and the AWD worked great this winter. The car has been checked over and is in good mechanical shape. The tires are good with about 90% tread. It has good brakes and recent tuneup. The car rides nice and smooth. It looks good underneath with no noticeable leaks. Overall the car appears well maintained.This limited 30th anniversary model is loaded with options:Leather seats, cold weather package with heated seats and mirrors, power windows and locks, keyless entry with remote, driving lights, cruise, woodgrain trim, AM/FM/CD. It has all the standard features: auto trans, AWD, dual airbags and more. It has good heat, cold AC, and all the power accessories work fine.The car does have a few flaws.The Speedometer reads 48k miles, but the title is marked not actual mileage (True mileage unknown in auction terms). I believe the car had the speedometer changed by a previous owner. I would estimate the mileage closer to 150-175k based on last dmv record of 82K from 2004. More importantly, I have ownd many Subarus and this is definitely one of the best running ones I have owned. This car should have many miles left.The car has a minor scrape on the passenger rear door and quarter. The front bumper was repainted due to scratches is just slightly off color if you look close.Overall this is a nice older Subaru with many years of service left, you will not be disapointed. 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited 30th Anniversary.
