Up for auction is a very nice 1963 Volkswagen 15 window bus. This bus is in excellent original condition with a really nice body/undercarriage. The rocker panels are straight and clean with original drains in tact. The roof drip rail is also clean and not full of putty. The floor pans are nice and are undercoated. I have a clear California title in my name. This is an early VW bus and is a 12 volt ignition system. The interior is in excellent condition with recent reupholstery. The third (middle) seat was not included in reupholstery but will be included. Under the rubber floor mats the pans are in great condition. There is no radio, which is pretty common. The exterior lighting works as it should including the blinkers. The horn is functional. The speedometer and fuel gauge work great. This bus runs very well and has your typical VW bus steering. The braking system works good. The engine is great and strong, just rebuilt.
