Vehicle Detail
You are viewing a gorgeous, extremely low-mileage, extremely low idle-hours, absolutely beautiful 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. This is a very nice example of a Crown Victoria which was, arguably, the best car ever produced in the world. This car was previously owned by a State Constable, originally purchased in Virginia, and has only 34,872 actual, documented miles and 519 actual idle hours on it. This is a beautiful example of a hard to find car that has some very desirable options. This unit is loaded with options available including cloth power bucket front seating with side air bags, and full, factory carpeting. Aside from being a Police Interceptor, this car was also ordered with the coveted 3.55 performance ratio "Traction-Lok" limited-slip rear differential (code C6), cruise control, power adjustable pedals, driver and passenger airbags, factory AM/FM/CD stereo, and power heated mirrors, windows, dual power trunk release, and locks. These items, of course, are just the beginning of the list of equipment on this car. In my years of buying and selling police vehicles, I have had very few cars that come close to the condition of this unit, it has been extremely well maintained, actually over-maintained, and needs no known repairs. It has NEVER been smoked in, and is in excellent condition inside and out. Only Mobil 1 full-synthetic oil has been used and maintenance has been performed every 3000 miles, we also have service records available, dating back to 2012. Most records of work, with the exception of oil changes, have been performed by a Ford dealership. This car has been hand-washed (never a car wash), waxed regularly, and garage kept since 2012. It is finished in Bright White Clearcoat with Dark Charcoal interior. It has a spotless Carfax and AutoCheck vehicle history report and only 34,872 actual, original miles on it, the interior is in excellent shape. It has never been smoked in, and still smells new inside. It has been extremely well-maintained and it runs, drives and handles as close to new as you will ever find. The trunk compartment is extremely clean and has the optional (and very expensive) slide-out, trunk mounted equipment tray, and optional right and left side equipment storage boxes. This unit is also equipped with, of course, the full "Police Interceptor" package which includes the 4.6-liter SOHC V8 engine, 4-speed overdrive heavy-duty transmission, optional heavy-duty 3.55 ratio "Traction-Lok" limited-slip rear axle, 235-55-17 police-spec, Good Year Eagle RS-A ultra-high performance radials that are mounted on the factory, heavy-duty, 17" vented police wheels with full, factory deluxe wheel covers, stainless-steel dual exhaust with factory crossover pipe, police-only lightweight balanced aluminum driveshaft, police-spec 4-wheel disc brakes, severe-duty suspension, heavy-duty cooling, lamp pre-wire group, factory-installed Unity 6" driver's side spotlight, Go-Rhino push bumper (never used), certified 140-mph speedometer, idle hour meter, and much, much more. For those of you who know Crown Victorias, you are probably already aware that the 2004 and newer years are the ones to own. All Crown Victorias produced from 2004-onward utilized the new, improved, 250-horsepower 4.6 liter V8 engine and are the fastest Crown Victorias produced due to many changes that were made, mainly in the intake system. Previously, the Police Interceptor produced 239 horsepower, but the 2004-newer Police Interceptor increased that number to 250 horsepower due to the addition of a new "Marauder" air intake setup. This included a new airbox that resembles the Mercury Marauder airbox (raised airbox lid, deeper bottom), with a new, larger, integrated 80 mm (3.1 in) mass airflow (MAF) sensor that is part of the airbox lid. This allows for much more precise flow calibration and reduces the chances of air leakage. The P71 zip tube (the flexible rubber hose between the throttle body and MAF outlet) is also used to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) as well as transfer air from the airbox to the throttle body with minimal flow resistance. Crown Victorias like this one are becoming nearly extinct, so here's your opportunity if you've been looking for one of the nicest ones you will ever find, that is loaded with options, with very low mileage and very low idle hours. This unit is in absolutely excellent condition inside and out and is very clean under the hood as well...the engine compartment is beautiful (please see the pictures). I do not slather motors with Armor All to make them appear nicer, or newer, than they are. The picture of this engine compartment is exactly as it was when the car arrived...extremely clean. These are the Crown Victorias aficionados lust after, and this is an unmolested example. It is very responsive, smooth-shifting and, of course, very fast. This is a factory, all white car, not a color change like you will see for sale elsewhere. This unit is in excellent overall condition, has been very well-maintained and has little of the normal wear and tear you would expect to find on a used police package vehicle. This vehicle, as most used police vehicles do, will have imperfections...this typically includes; minor scratches, chips, nicks, etc., however, I could find nothing that would even show up on camera, that is how clean this car is...that being said, this car has no known mechanical defects and it runs and drives excellent. Please, keep in mind, we strive to find the nicest used vehicles possible, but they are still used vehicles. This is a very nice driving, tight unit...not a beat-up police car. It is as close to driving a brand-new car as you will ever experience. DON'T PASS THIS ONE UP, 2010 MODELS ARE VERY, VERY HARD TO FIND AND I DOUBT YOU WILL SEE ANOTHER FOR SALE IN THE NEAR FUTURE WITH THIS LOW OF MILEAGE AND HOURS, IF AT ALL, IN THIS CONDITION. As with all of our auctions, this 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor will sell to the high bidder at the end of the auction, providing the low reserve price is met. Please complete all inspections BEFORE bidding...if you win the auction, you own the vehicle. If you would like to come and see it we always urge that. You will not be disappointed. If there are any questions at all, please call us any time at 614-893-3857. Because of increasing expenses in every regard, we have been forced to raise our fees by $50, this is the first time in ten years that we have done this, so hopefully you will understand. There will be a $175 documentation fee and a $15 title fee added to each sale, these will be the ONLY additional fees you will be responsible for, unless you reside in the state of Ohio, in which case you will need to pay the proper amount of sales tax, based on the current rate for the county in which you reside. Temporary 30-day plate and registration is also available for $18.50. We do not charge any additional fees and there are no hidden charges. Most sellers are charging double this amount currently. I welcome any and all questions you might have prior to bidding on this Crown Victoria. I do reserve the right to end the auction early if the vehicle sells locally prior to the end of auction (please call if you like). I am a law-enforcement officer as well and as such, work long hours so you are free to call me as late in the evening as you like. I can be reached anytime at (614) 893-3857. I will take calls 24/7 up until the end of the auction. Winning bidder agrees to forward a 25% partial payment (unless a lesser amount is agreed upon PRIOR to the end of the auction) at end of auction via direct bank wire transfer or by overnighted cashier's check, money order or certified funds. Balance will be due within seven days of end of auction or at time of pick up or delivery, whichever comes first. I will help in any way possible to arrange transportation. I can store the vehicle for up to 90 days, until pick up can be arranged, as long as it's paid for in full. I may be able to deliver this vehicle personally, depending on your location, at a reduced rate. I have been buying, selling and driving unique, specialty vehicles for over ten years now and take pride in offering only low-mileage vehicles that are not "run of the mill", beat-up cars and trucks. I specialize in the hard to obtain cars, SUV's and trucks, Dodge Charger, 5.9 Cummins and Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel trucks, Chevrolet Impala and Caprice 9C1 and 9C3 police vehicles, collectible and rare cars, trucks and vans. If there are any questions at all, again, please don't hesitate to call me at (614) 893-3857. I will answer all e-mails as quickly as possible. Thanks and good luck! Because of people who bid and do not contact me or pay, I am being forced to implicate a rule pertaining to low-feedback bidders. ANY BIDDER WHO BIDS, WITH A FEEDBACK OF 5 OR LESS, WILL HAVE THEIR BID RETRACTED IMMEDIATELY unless they contact me first, prior to bidding. I hope everyone understands, and I thank our hundreds of happy customers, but a few bad apples have spoiled the proverbial bunch. Thanks for understanding. Please remember, this is a used government vehicle, and not new, although it is probably as close to it as you will ever find. As such, it will have minor flaws consistent with the miles and age of the vehicle, and with government use. That being said, it is in beautiful shape and runs & looks excellent. It is not what you would typically expect, or what you will find elsewhere for sale. Please, if you want to come and look at it, do so BEFORE bidding...or call me, as always, at 614-893-3857 or e-mail me and I will answer any questions you may have. Thanks!
