1978 Chevy Suburban. 1978 marked the introduction of the 350 c.i., in the half-ton (C10) two-wheel-drive model. Minor changes to the interior, such as new seat fabrics, witch are in excellent condition for the year, and dashboard trim, also took place this year. It has the Three-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic 350 automatic transmissions with the optional cooling lines and 4core radiator. Along with the rear AC and heat (presently not hooked up) makes this a well sought after model. The Towing package, is not an option Trim in the base (Scottsdale) versions. This has the that option. An optional 3rd row bench seat allowed for 9-passenger configurations. This suburban is screaming for a Big Block. Paint as seen in pic is outstanding (original color Hawaiian blue). Very rare indeed, flames not as much. Lol These are trending upwards of 10,000.00 and getting hard to find in good shape. Rear window roll up and down but not as it was when new. Rear ac not working needs needs hoses and a charge of freon. runs Drives nice at 75 mph no pulling to either side brakes are very good. Studded snow tires. All lights work as intended blinker and headlights Headliner sags a little but nothing serious. One dent front passenger side i'll show pic of.
