Was told by dealer that a transmission flush may fix the car and if that did not work it will need a new transmission. It's a great little car and I really hate to get rid of it, it just didn't make sense for me to fix it since I have to drive a lot for work. Perfect for parts, or for anyone who likes to work on cars. It's currently not street legal, buyer will need to tow it.
