Engine and Machine; Columbia, MO. Jeff is no stranger to powerful engines, having built everything from street friendly small-blocks to Pro Stock mountain motors. Jeff and his team hold the title for making the most horse power in the competition. This motor made more than 728 HP and 615 lb-ft of torque with two weakened valve springs. And still pulls a brake-friendly 6.75 inches of manifold vacuum. A solid combination of economical parts were used in building this motor. Including: Mopar Performance Siamese block, micro-polished Eagle crank and rods, Diamond pistons, Comp cam and lifters, Melling oil pump, Milodon oil pan and windage tray, ATI Super Dampener. Topped with Stage V aluminum cylinder heads, using Manley stainless-steel valves with matching Manley valvesprings held in place with titanium retainers and ten-degree locks, cast stands, thick wall rocker shafts and roller rockers, custom 3/8 push rods 080wall, Cloyes timing, MSD distributor, date coded Mopar plug wires. Under that big factory chrome air cleaner sets dual Edlbrock carbs on top of a mopar performance Hemi manifold and igniting all this fuel being shoved down this monsters throat sits a MSD 7AL-2.
