1966 Mercedes fintail. has the sunroof. car was in storage for about 15 years. Currently runs and drives but still needs some work. Needs the rear air shock repaired, I believe it needs new accelerator diaphragms in the carbs because it has an issue taking off from an idle once it's warm, could use shocks, and a few other things. Gas gauge doesn't work. Has new front brake calipers, pads, and brake hoses, also new plugs. Engine runs very smooth, car always starts right up even in freezing weather. Transmission is solid, shifts into all gears. Tires are very good. Car is pretty much original with a repaint in original color, it does look to have some bondo in it. underside looks pretty good, floor pans solid, trunk is solid. only visible rust is on the bottom of the doors. all glass good. Seats show wear but rest of the interior looks good. Overall very complete car. This car would be great for someone who wants to finish fixing it and drive it, or might also be a good candidate for restoration.
