1993 Chevrolet 1-Ton Suburban. When was the last time you saw a 1 Ton Suburban ? I want to be very clear this SUV is not perfect but has a lot of life still in it. I have driven this Suburban in bad weather and the 4 wheel drive works great in the snow. Hauling my daughter around with a big group of her friends is easy thanks to having a third row seating and we still have room for all their stuff in the very back. This SUV also has rear air for people in the very back to stay cool on hot summer days. The Air had a leak last year and we installed stop leak and recharged it. Works great now but be aware it has a leak. Within the last year a new muffler and tail pipe were put on. I don't drive this SUV very often at all as I have other vehicles. It has its quirks : Driver door panel is loose, cracked windshield, Radio does not work (We use a Jawbone "Big Jam Box") paint is nice but has a few scratches and marks, tires have good tread. Headliner needs to be replaced, I am sure there are many other things not perfect about this Suburban. If you are looking for a great 4X4 to get you around this one runs and drives nice in good and bad weather. I fell very safe in such a large SUV. Motor runs nice and smooth, Transmission shifts nice. The previous owner had the transmission and both axles rebuilt. This is a good knock around SUV. It is not perfect and it is being sold as is.
