I have for sale my personal 2008 Ford F-250 XL Super Duty 4x4, I have owned this truck for 3 1/2 years and have the title in my name and in hand. This truck is in super condition and has been well cared for by all its owners, it is Dark Shadow Gray with Medium Stone interior.This truck was ordered from the factory with a XL decor package which included some XLT options like the chrome front and rear bumpers, sliding rear window, Jewel Effect Aero Headlamps, power windows and locks and cruise control. I have added a few more XLT options to it, new genuine "Ford" chrome XLT grille, XLT seat with folding armrest with cup holders and storage compartment, XLT door panels, new factory Ford AM/FM CD player and large extending trailer tow mirrors and yes these were purchased from Ford too. So it does look like a XLT but started life as a XL. It has 5.4 L gas engine with 5 speed automatic transmission, 3.73 axle gears with limited slip axle in the rear. The front axle is a solid Dana 60 and the rear axle is a Ford Sterling. It is a smooth tight truck with no unusual noises, no squeaks, grinds, thunks, wind noise or anything else like that, the engine is smooth and quiet with good steady oil pressure and temperature, just had the spark plugs changed 500 miles ago (and none of them broke either).The transmission shifts perfectly and the fluid does not look burnt nor does it smell burnt. The electronic shift on the fly transfer case works perfectly as do the vacuum controlled front hubs. There are absolutely NO leaks anywhere, uses no oil, does not smoke and all replacement parts, oil, oil filter, battery, spark plugs, belts, brakes are all genuine Ford, Motorcraft or Autolite, oil used is Motorcraft 5W30 synthetic blend and has been (changed every 2,000 miles since I have owned it). Non smoker, no pets, is very clean and fresh smelling inside.You can fly in and drive this truck anywhere, California, Florida or Maine with no worries. Air conditioning works and does not leak Freon, heater works perfectly, "everything works exactly as it should". The tires have just 6,000 miles on them and are 17" B.F Goodrich All Terrain Radial T/A. Front brakes have 4,000 miles on them, the rear brakes have 1,000 mi on them and the Motorcraft battery is less than 1 year old. I added a "Ford" under the lip bed liner and tailgate panel, bed was in very nice condition underneath. There is a scratch and/or gravel chip here and there, there are no dents at all, there is rust starting on the right rear fender, because of this, I already purchased a entire new replacement bed. It is a new take off bed from a 2007. I planned to paint it and put it on next spring.
