You will not find another TJ with original frame like this in the NE for this age/mileage and condition. This was to be my 'forever' TJ - Only getting rid of it because due to a new addition to the family, we purchased a JK and the TJ must go :( This is a 2002 with ~134,000 miles. 4.0L, Auto, A/C, Cruise, rear wiper/def. Driver/passenger doors have a 35% tint which was MD compliant years back - not sure about now or other states. It does have a limited slip rear differential, but prior to purchasing someone replaced the gear oil but did not put additive in it - so I've been told by my local mechanic that is does not work like expected. But with the additive in it for 25k+ miles I've had no problems. If you are a Jeeper, or have been in the search for a good TJ for a while now, you know that finding a frame in good condition can be almost impossible - I felt the same way in 2010 when I stumbled across this one from AK with 108k on it. So TJ hopefuls you are in luck! It has been garage kept / indoors since I purchased and it has only seen the snow a few times (As a 3rd vehicle - did not need to run it in the winter). I have never taken it off-road other than in the sand at the beach/NC. I don't know it's history much before when I purchased in 2010, but can tell you the previous owner rhino lined the interior (awesome!) and did it right! It also has 1 ¼" receiver for towing w/ harness. I put my previous 1998 TJ Sahara hard top and color matching fenders on and you have the very clean and excellent running TJ listed here. This Jeep as no known mechanical problems and I am currently using it for my daily commuter. Someone who knows TJs, sees it, drives it, and understands that they are getting a great condition Jeep that doesn't have to worry about replacing the frame or body will get it. If you are looking for a short term mudder/beater this will not be the one for you... Be the lucky new owner -- will try to accommodate test drives or 3rd party inspectors.
