THIS IS A 1984 EBAY WOULD NOT TAKE THE VIN SO LISTED AS 1980. Very original very rare in the USA Troopys only imported to Australia as we know. This one was owned since new until apox 10 yrs ago by a sheep herder in Australia. Purchased and used by a family for surf trips then shipped 2 yrs ago to St Augustine FL by the family to continue surf trips and daily trips to the beach. It runs performs very strong. All lights etc working well for daily use. Showing 340 kilometers so like 180k miles with the exception of a few times the owner states seeing the speedometer stop and go over the past 6mos or so. Believed to be all original drive train engine tranny etc etc It is very solid strong running but does have rust along the welds outside trim and floors and down low on the sides look close at pictures they show all. We never try to hide or skip important areas. Frame undercarriage is solid and fine and u can drive it anywhere just came from 850 mile surf trip 3 kids on board. You can leave it as is or fix rust and paint floors are easy to do very straight forward work. The patina of the paint and interior is very nice as is and inside headliner seats are very cool also for use as a daily driver or beach truck. A few Australian window stickers still on the truck. We see these restored for 35k--$65,000 We have no real idea what they may be worth in the future but for now this one goes home with you for $12.500 obo its for sale not for show and please do not ask us for another one because its near impossible. We got a great buy on this one and are willing to resell at what may seem to be way under market pricing. You can drive it home no matter where you live it runs that nice no need to ship this one.
