Needs tires, displays 2 codes - P0251 and P0148, needs the navigation disk. Truck seems to run good, I used it to tow a race car from NE to MA with no issue. I've driven it a few times since and never had any trouble with it. I had a local mechanic look at it for the codes and he didn't find anything wrong. As far as I know, aside from what is listed above, everything is in good working order. I changed the oil and filter when I got back to MA.
