1966 CORVETTE 427/390 HP CONVERTIBLE You are bidding on a gorgeous Laguna Blue metallic over Bright Blue leather interior 1966 Corvette Convertible with a 427/390 HP V8 big block Corvette. This Vette is equipped with the highly sought after Knock off wheels, Side mount exhausts, Am/Fm Radio, and teakwood steering wheel. If you have any questions or would like to make an offer please call me at (440) 590-5788. Mechanical This Vette is in excellent mechanical shape, the 427 V8 pulls very very strong. The transmission shifts very smoothly and without any issue. The car is equipped with an aftermarket dual fan aluminum radiator that keeps the car very cool in all conditions (the original is in working order and will come with the car). Either the switch or the motor that raises and lowers the antenna is not currently working. the speedometer can be a little finicky at times but works more often than not. Everything else seems to working in good order. Body The Body is in excellent condition overall as is the underbody. Frame is in excellent shape. All the chrome is very nice with no signs of pitting aside from the windshield which is still in great shape but shows a small amount pitting. Paint The paint is very very nice, there are no major imperfections to note. There is a hairline scratch (very very small) just above the headlight. Interior The interior is in great shape as you can see in the photos. The seats are in excellent condition, they feel soft to touch and have no tears.
