Located in north side of Chicago. This 2002 Dodge Dakota 2 Wheel Drive with manual transmission has 176,670 miles, it runs and drives well for it’s age. Comes with ladder racks. Has brand new battery and new muffler. The transmission shifts smoothly throughout all gears. There is no check engine light or any other warning lights lit on the dashboard. There is a squeaking noise from the rubber belt. There is a little play in the steering wheel. The car handles great and the brakes are also effective and safe. The emergency brake and the ebrake does work, piece of rope has been installed by a previous owner for the break release. The suspension feels really good and the truck rides smoothly. All fluids in the vehicle are filled to their proper levels. The interior is in pretty good condition considering the age of the Dodge. There are some signs of heat or fire damage under the hood and some paint is pealing on top. The drivers seat has a problem with reclining and has only one position. The carpets do have some residual stains from typical wear and tear and the truck does not come with floormats. The interior smells good and there is no pet odor either. The seats are all in good condition and have no major rips or tears on them, but there are a few burn marks. The ceiling fabric was falling and was fixed with staples. All interior controls show minimal wear and tear and are fully operational. The aftermarket Kenwood radio is fully functioning. The body does have a few dings and scrapes. There are a few rust spots on the body and undercarriage, however; the paint elsewhere is in good shape and the clearcoat is intact. The bedliner is loose towards the tailgate. The rims are all matching and are in good shape. The tires are all matching and have a good deal of treadlife remaining as you can see in the pictures above. There is a spare tire/jack/wrench included in the trunk as shown.
