1967 Firebird 400 Convertible Began life as a 326CID/2Speed Auto Car Currently has a Pontiac 400CID and Turbo 350 Transmission Edelbrock Performer Intake and Holley 4BBL Carb Headers Dual Exhaust with H Pipe B&M Dual Gate Shifter I do NOT know the details of the engine internals. I have not been into the engine and transmission since I bought it 10 years ago. Fluid changes and plugs only. Engine runs Strong and car is FAST. Car has new carpeting, dash pad, Dakota Digital Gauges, steering wheel, console cover. Car also has new 17 inch American Torque Thrust II Wheels and Continental Extreme Contact Tires P245 Z rated on the rear and P225 Z rated on the front. Less than 100 miles on the wheels and tires Car has had one repaint before I purchased it. Originally blue, with a blue interior and blue top, it is now red with a black interior and black top. The red paint is showing signs of wear and fading. Floor and trunk are free of rust. There are small rust spots on the doors and front fenders. My intension was to perform body work and repaint but I do not have the time. Life and work gets in the way. As much as I love this car, I can not find the time to enjoy or continue to upgrade it as I would like. It is currently registered and insured and stored in a garage. Hoping to find someone who will appreciate and enjoy it. I have the original invoice from Pontiac Historical Services as well as a reproduction owners manual, GM factory service manual and body manuals - all included with the vehicle.
