Vehicle Detail

This vehicle was purchased from an Estate sale. The woman's husband had owned this car for over 35 years. It had been sitting for the last five years in her garage and when I got it home we went through the entire breaks on the car and replaced everything except the hard lines that were blown out with air and had new fluid flushed through them. The master, pro-valve,booster,front rotors, front calipers, rear wheel cylinders and rubber hoses were changed. The picture shows the old brake system under the hood. I want to describe this car the way it really looks because pictures really make anything look perfect and I do not want some one bidding on this car then getting it home and saying what the hell did I buy. The 350 engine was a crate 350 which now has 4500 miles, the transmission is a stock power glide which both work like new. It has power brakes and power steering. The steering hoses have also been replaced with new ones. The body was done 30 years ago and you can see from the pictures that there are 3 or 4 small blisters at the bottom of the drivers front door. There is also a small crack in the paint about a half inch long on the left rear quarter panel. The over all paint I would say is a 7 or 8 out of 10, which would be excellent. The owner had put Z/28 emblems on the car and RS headlights on the car. The motors for the headlights were never put in and you have to open them by hand. The floors of the car are very good and do not look like they have had any work done to them. The owner did have bars installed from the front frame section to the rear frame section to give the car more support. The top is in very good condition along with the interior. The drivers seat has a small wear spot on the seam which I have included a picture of. Just before the owner passed away he put the gauge panel on the center console but did not have a chance to hook them up, I have the wiring harness to do that. The car runs and drives really great and it would head out cross country without any problems. I have put a low reserve on the car and if you need any more information please give me a call at 802-309-8264. Please only bid if you have the funds ready to pay for the car. I require a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 24 hours after the auction ends. Vermont is a non title state so the car will be sold on a bill of sale and you will get a transferable Vermont registration proving ownership from the previous owner. On Oct-16-15 at 11:16:17 PDT, seller added the following information: The car is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
