Vehicle Detail

1970 Camaro SS - Hugger Orange w/ White Rally Stripes History: -One family owned this car since new. The father purchased in 1970. In 1978 he gave to his son as a graduation present. The son owned this car until I purchased in 2014. In 1999 the car got a new ZZ4 crate engine and a fresh paint job. The engine only had approx. 8,000 miles and the car body had 64,000 miles when I purchased in 2014. I drove it for a month then went to work restoring. The car has 900 miles on it since the restoration completion. I have all the receipts, manuals, and 100s of build photos. You'll see in those photos there was no in the panels or pans. Very well maintained by the original owner. The car is free and clear and I have the title in hand. Highlights of Upgrades: -Engine (ZZ4 Crate motor) - New Holley 770 Street avenger carburetor, March Performance Front drive kit (Chrome accessories - Alternator, power steering pump, AC compressor), Doug's Long Tube headers w/ Magnaflow exhaust, Griffin 3 pass radiator w/ dual 12" fans, Optima Red Top battery, HEI, plug wires, and tons of chrome -Drivetrain - Tremec T56 6 speed, white lightening shifter plate, aluminum bell housing, hydraulic clutch, 3.5" aluminum drive shaft, 12 bolt rear with 4.11 gears, new alloy race axles, bearings and seals, Moser explosion proof rear differential cover -Brakes - Wilwood 4 wheel disc, 14" rotor with 6 piston caliper on the front, 13" rotor with 4 piston caliper on the rear, Wilwood dual master cylinder with proportioning valve, stainless steel brake lines, chrome brake booster, new parking brake system -Steering - all new Proforged steering components, AGR 12:1 steering box (fast ratio), stainless intermediate shaft w/ Borgeson U-joints, GT Grant steering wheel -Suspension - Complete RideTech Coil over track system (tubular A-arms, triple adjustable shocks, hypercoil springs, 4-link rear), Rushforth wheels (8.5x18 front, 10x18 rear), Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (255/35-18, 285/35-18), Hotchkis subframe connectors, custom chromoly cross bracing, poly bushings throughout -Interior - Basically all new or refurbished, Vintage Air, Dakota Digital gauge kit, dash, console, door panels, headliner, Procar bolstered reclining bucket seat, Procar rear seat cover, Alpine stereo (deck, front/rear speakers, 2 10" subs, 4 way amp, sub amp), LED light conversion -Exterior - Lots of new trim, grill, split bumpers, headlight bezels, high intensity headlights, signal light lenses, etc I still have many of the factory and other left over new aftermarket parts that will go with the car (SS steering wheel, solid one piece bumper, original seats, carpet, engine parts, etc)
