1967 Lincoln Continental Convertible This car was a very nice car (car show ribbons still hanging on the rearview mirror) It was owned by a man about two hours from me. He passed away in 1998 and the car has sat under his covered carport since then. At some point something tore a hole in the convertible top, so the interior was covered in a layer of dust, but since it was under a carport, there was never any water that touched it. I dont see any rust in the body of this car and the interior just needs a carpet kit put in it which is about $200. This car has the power top option and the engine turns easily. Still has the original FORD hubcaps. There wasn't a battery in the car and one tire was flat, but besides some wiring which seems to of got some attention from some mice or something, the car looks great. This is a perfect car for someone that is looking for a a car to restore or customize. The 1967 suicide door convertible is one of the rarest and most desireable car on the planet and this car is a perfect project. With the obvious wiring issues seen in the engine compartment, I havent tried anything electrical on the car. I would love to build this car, but I just dont have the time and need to sell it to make room for other projects. This car is sold as is, where is, and is for sale locally and can be removed at anytime if the car is sold locally.
