The vehicle runs, drives, stops, and steers. It is almost 100% original including the paint which has been sealed. Rebuilt carburetor, tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor), new master cylinder and flexible brake lines replaced. There are a few things that need to be done such as wood in the bed and the driver side window needs replaced due to a crack (actively looking for a replacement). The tires have seen better days as well but hold air and are drive able. The truck looks even better in person and would make a magazine worthy hot rod truck if taken to the next level (i.e. suspension, wheels and tires. A small block wouldn't hurt either). It drives like a stock '59 Chevy truck so don't expect a modern vehicle ride and handling. The 235 cu in straight six and SM420 4spd are pretty adequate to get the truck moving. All 4 gears and reverse are in good shape (SM420 is a beefy 4spd, won't be broken anytime soon behind the 6 cyl). Original Arkansas vehicle with a clean Ohio title.
