~Presented for your bidding pleasure by: The Dalles e-Auctions ~ Owned by same local family estate since neww/ original papers, metal owner card & maint records. 1975 FORD TORINO STATION WAGON VERY GOOD, COMPLETE ORIGINAL CONDITION 66,700 MILES (documented by receipts) History: 40 year old survivor owned by the same family since new, with original purchase paper work. You can see that the car was not abused over the years and lucky it spent its life in dry desert central Oregon town, so NO rust problems to speak of on the car! The car is very straight and solid!(FYI: Car is located in The Dalles, OR. 85 miles E. of Portland on I-84) Condition: New battery and carburetor-rebuild done in last couple of years so the car starts every time and is dependable. Engine runs out strong w/ no leaks, no smoke, fluids are clean, should be mentioned that it does have a miss at idle but it's not too noticeable. The brakes, tires, alignment are all in good working order so its a nice driver even at freeway speeds. Transmission shifts as it should, fluid is clean. Interior is all in good original shape (no sign of nicotine / pets) but front seat needs re-covering (see pics). The body is very straight with just a few scratches and dings (see pics). Light yellow paint is oxidized in areas but could polish out nicely. Bumpers straight good chrome, trim, wheel covers good. All glass is in good shape but windshield has crack, looks like it could be repaired though (see pics). Rear gate power window works perfectly up/down using exterior key control or dash switch! All windows roll up tight w/ no leaks (went through car wash o.k. :)All int/ext electrical, lights, wiper/washer, heat/defrost blower etc works very good. A/C is complete and all hooked up with working blower and compressor, compressor engages but it does not blow cold, most likely will run cold w/ re-charge. Nice set of matching continental touring LX radial tires with plenty of tread.((And it also comes with complete factory roof-rack and hardware from another 1975 Torino wagon, if winner of auction desires to install it in the future.)) Clean and clear Oregon title in hand. RARE! Only 13k of these produced by GM! Nice Ford factory 6D (light) yellow exterior color w/ green interior. Amazing 18.5 foot long wagon and real Detroit steel!! This will make a great driver to enjoy and refurbish as you go, it has lot’s more life left in it!! LOW RESERVE! Good luck and enjoy the auction!
