The vehicle stopped driving and was relinquished to me, as the lien holder, from the borrower. The engine appears to work and run fine. Kept it running as I towed it with a tow rope for several miles and had no problem. It has definitely been used and suffers from cosmetic wear but not as bad as you would think.
