The exterior has light average wear and tear and has a few small average rock chips and scratches. There are a couple smalls dings on the rear passenger side cargo door, one on the passenger side door and a couple small dings and scratches on the driver's side door, please see all the close up pictures. It has exterior lights for the cargo areas, factory running boards and rear step on the rear bumper. The interior of the cargo area comes with 3 separate secured cages that can be very secured and can be locked 3 different ways. They used this to transport inmates but the possibilities are endless with the kind of set up. You could take all of the cages out, it could be used to store and secure tools or equipment, could be a mobile dog grooming van or anything else you might need it for. The rear cargo area has air conditioning and heating and is climate controlled. It has factory steel wheels with Firestone Transforce Load Range E (LT245/75R16) tires that are about 80%.
