Selling our trusted 2001 Nissan Altima SE -- EXCELLENT CONDITION -- NO RESERVE! The car has a timing chain problem. It won't start. My mechanic says that the timing chain needs replacement. We are selling (rather than fixing) our very well-maintained car due to moving abroad. Originally purchased from dealer as trade-in from first owner only approx. 1.5 years ago. The car is very well maintained inside and out. Only few minor scratches. Little to no visible rust. Only expected wear and tear on the inside. Engine and transmission run quiet and smooth. Cold A/C. Non-smoking car, though driver's seat has (patched) smoke holes from previous owner. (Smoke holes are patched and barely visible anymore.) Has good tires, good breaks. Several new parts (December 2014: new distributor, spark plugs, wires, front break pads and rotor). Includes spare tire and tools, and basic AAA service set (jump start cable, first aid kit, etc.).Reliable and economical transportation! Please email or call for questions.
