1985 Mercedes 380SL Car runs and shifts (hard like most old Mercedes) and has being driven less than 100 miles a year for past 3 years so it needs a tank of premium ran through it. Front seats need some covers and there are two rust spots under the paint on trunk and drivers front fender (see pictures). A/C is there but doesn't work and heater fan needs to be replaced. Clear coat is coming off of hood.Convertible top is new and stored for last 3 years as the car had a hardtop (being sold separately for $300). The new canvas top cost almost $1000 installed. Power windows and mirrors work, new Kenwood stereo with speakers, chrome is nice on wheels and fender/bumpers, rear seats are immaculate. Battery appears to be new. Car has a clear California Title; is registered on a non-operational and if purchased in California it will NOT come with a smog certificate but it did pass the last time it was done. Car has original owners manual showing car was purchased in Kansas and has OEM car jack and spare wheel/tire. Car is listed locally so auction can end at any time. I have a hardtop that is being sold separately for $300.
