Vehicle Detail

Description Custom Built,Three quarter scale, OLD SCHOOL HOT ROD, Fiberglass on steel chassis, built as if it was 1947/ post war years ! Title reads 1932 Ford Roadster ! engine: 1939 Ford flathead "60" , Transmission Borg-Warner 5 speed, rear end GM 10 Bolt, Custom Paint and Interior. Very unique and rare hot rod. It features a Ford Flathead V-8 that displaces 136 c.i. and is rated at 60hp. Known as a Ford 60, this V-8 was manufactured from 1937-40. Upgrades to the engine include Eddie Meyer of Hollywood dual carb intake with 2 Holley 94 carbs and aluminum heads The quality of the build is very high. The builder modified the body by cutting doors into the sides with a latch and hinges. It looks so good you would think it came from the manufacturer that way. Exterior color is a mirror like black finish. The seat is covered in light grey vinyl with matching carpet. Speedo and gauges are from Classic Instruments. Brakes are WildWood disc in front and drums in the rear. This is a very cool roadster car that looks and runs great and is a blast to drive! Tonneau Cover has been added and $2000 in recent upgrades to chassis/ engine, specifically suspension and carburation. Body and Chassis by CHUPP, Please ask questions! If you can't comprehend the description...ASK QUESTIONS before you hit the BID button. If you don't understand OLD SCHOOL: No, the motor is not a 350 chevy small block with fuel injection, is does not have power steering or power brakes, it is stick shift not automatic, No Ac, power top, tape player, radio or heater. It is a ROADSTER, NO TOP at all ! And as it is 3/4 scale, great if your 5'8 and 170 pounds or smaller...if your like me, 6 ft 240 lbs, it is a tight fit but easily drivable and will have a hard time getting the GRIN OFF YOUR FACE:) The build has less than 500 miles on it. There are stress spiders at the rear corners of the body...its Fiberglass... they are hard to see or feel and covered by the Tonneau Cover and the flaw that I am aware of. The speedo needle jump is common, I'm told. It is near perfect in all regards. I will ship at actual cost worldwide from point of origin with buyer responsible for all shipping costs and insurance on their choice of transport ( a little less than $1 per mile, enclosed and insured ) paid prior/added to purchase price.
