Up for sale is a 64 fairlane sport coupe. These cars are very popular and parts are readily available. It is an all original 289 p.s. with the cruise o matic trans. The motor runs and doesn't smoke or knock. When I bought it 5 yrs. ago I drove it up on the trailer but not down the road. I've always had it stored in a machine shed. As the pict. show this car is a project It will need total restoration. I took so many pict. of the underside to show the floors, inner rocker and inner 1/4 panels. Also if your familiar with these cars I tried to show that the torque boxes are in good shape also. It doesn't really need any body panels or floors replaced. The subframes are solid accept for the ends of the rear frame rails. These can be fixed pretty easy as they are the straight part and can be boxed. Both rear springs will need replaced. The one on the pass. side is broken. There is no rust on or around the shock towers under the hood. All the glass is good. I don't have a front bumper The interior is complete but also in need of restoration. The headliner is intact and all the bows are there. Complete interior kits are available. This car is way to good for a parts car. I had intentions of restoring it but have to many other projects. I have a clear title. The reserve is set very low. I am available to help with loading. Also the vertical piece of trim behind the door on the drivers side is off a 500 not a sport coupe
