1975 Honda CB

This is a no reserve auction for my vintage and rare 1975 Honda CB500T. This motorcycle was found in the garage of someone who had parked it years before. The bike is very original and has not been molested in any way. It has the original brown seat, which is in great shape. Has the original paint, which is in good shape with some surface scratches and gold pin stripping missing. Has the original and hard to find exhaust, cross over, and pipes. The chrome is in very good shape with some minor scratches and peeling is very few spots. Great shape for 40 years old. There are some surface scratches or wear marks on the engine, chrome, and some light corrosion on bolts. This is not a perfect bike, but is in overall very good unrestored shape. Sometime in the past gas tank was coated inside. I found the bike and went over the entire bike. The throttle cable was replaced as well as a new battery installed. The carbs were cleaned and rebuilt, oil changed, front brakes bled and cleaned. The starter was weak and replaced. The front suspension was lubed. There were some ape hanger style handlebars from the 80’s on the bike when I got it, and these were replaced with closer to original ones. The tires are near new condition. The motorcycle runs and stops great. This bike is very unmolested with all the hard to find original parts like the seat, pipes, helmet hook and tool kit. I have the original air cleaner box and filters, and carbs which may have been replaced in the past or bought as spares. I also have the owner manual, parts list and service books.
