2000 BLUE FORD FOCUS "SE" WAGON WITH TAN INTERIOR Regular Services,Air Filter 2.0, 4-Cylinder,Automatic Transmission,COLD A/C,HOT Heat,Center Adjustable Arm Rest,with Storage,CD/Stereo.Factory Ford Aluminum Wheels,within the last 8 months,Newer Rear Tires,"A" Frame,Brakes,Complete Exhaust,Battery,Alternator,Belts.Comes with 2-Keys,2-Remotes, for Alarm & Key-Less Entry,and,Manual. Power Windows,Door Locks,Cruise Control,Tilt Steering Wheel,Mirrors. A Non-Smoking Vehicle,Roof Rack,Rear Defogger. The Car was Purchased with only 57k miles,and in about 8 years it now only has 111k miles.I started it one day and I heard a tapping noise,not loud,but,nothing I have ever heard.I shut it off Immediately.I called the Local Ford Dealership,they Said Check the Motor oil,(Was Full & Clean). The Original Owner was in the U.S. Branch of the Service, Stationed in Washington State,then he had to Change the Title when he was re-Located,but,still it was listed as a 2 0wner before it was purchased,then, when Purchased with 57k miles,it is a 3 0wner. The Dealership Service manager told me that it sounds like a common Valve Seat Issue that Focus' have,a Factory Defect.The Car Starts right up,now,so,I put Fuel Stabilizer in the Gas Tank,to keep the Fuel from going bad,and start it up once a week,just to start it up.Vehicle is being sold in "as-is" condition.I do not know what is tapping when it is running.Sold as-is. If you see how WELL KEPT this car is,it is Worth even doing a engine swap,if you had to,everyone that has seen it, has told me. I was told, if I was a Mechanic,it is not a big Job,but ,for the Dealer to do it it would cost more than I wanted to Spend.That's when I decided it was time to go down to a 4-Door.I decided to sell it.It is in the condition of a Much Newer car,so it is a Car worth repairing,here's your chance.Tow Away buyers expense.Sold"as-is".
