** Take a look at this sharp little 1965 Mustang coupe! Perfect Sunday driver or take it to your local Dairy Queen! This one is currently equipped with a 200 6 cylinder but after doing some research,we discovered by decoding the VIN that it was built as a "A" code 289 V8! This Mustang has been nicely maintained and I have a folder filled with receipts totaling almost $9,000 dollars! The car runs and drives nicely down the road.It has a rebuilt 200 6 cylinder and a rebuilt C4 automatic transmission. The front suspension (center link,tie rods inner & outer,idler arm,shocks) have been replaced.The engine compartment and engine are very clean.The radiator has been upgraded to a aluminum style along with a new heater core installed. The carb has been rebuilt also. The speedometer,odometer and gauges all work accordingly.The lights and the turn signals all function.It has brand new whitewall tires installed. The body is very straight for a 50 year old car and was repainted Wimbledon White.The paint finish is very clean and glossy.The exterior chrome,glass and trim are original and look good for their age. The interior appears mostly original, the seats and headliner look good.The carpet with factory style floor mats was replaced recently also.The trunk has a new mat and tire cover along with a spare tire and jack.A file with all the receipts will be included with the purchase.
