I am the second owner of the car. The original owner sold it with 125,000 miles on it to a dealer in 2014. I drove it approx. 12,000 miles in 9 months, until the hose blew. After the original engine became damaged, I purchased a used engine for it. Unfortunately, it was found to be in bad shape, too! I paid to have it checked, and my mechanic told me the it needs a rebuild, BUT it is within specs. The block and head can be resurfaced and used, if desired. I had a valve job completed on the second engine's head. I ran out of money at that point. So you are buying 2 engines for the price of one. Note: the second engine did not arrive with any accessories, as is customary when buying a used engine. The second engine, which is disassembled, is now residing in the trunk and back seat of the car, along with a few systems from the original engine. Buyer is responsible for arranging for the towing away of the car and parts. No delivery or other conditions are implied or inferred. Sold as is. Car is currently sitting in a friend's driveway. I do not reside in California any more. Again: CAR IS NOT IN RUNNING CONDITION AT THIS TIME. Buyer will need to supply a working engine and install it, or finish the rebuilding of a complete engine using the parts from the 2 engines in this sale.
