1984 Honda 200s

1984 Honda 200s ATC Needs Some Repairs Items needing Repair:Replace Front Tire Replace Back Left TireCrank Shaft Flaws:Small ding on Left and Right side of gas tankGas tank has some fading paint areasSmall Crack (3" long) in Right Fender above wheel wall (where the black guard touches red fender) Information about the ATC and condition:The ATC was last ran in the fall of 2013.In 2014 the ATC would not pull start. (The cord would not catch to get proper pull start)The Front and Left Rear Tire went flat and tires got cracks in them, so they wont air up. (you need to replace them) In 2013 the ATC ran Great, so just some minor TLC need. The Seat is in Great Shape.Highlight and tail light worked.Shocks are good. On Aug-30-15 at 12:05:35 PDT, seller added the following information: ADDED Information because of an email statement I received, Thank you: I had listed item needing repairs: I said the crank shaft needs attention, but I am probably wrong. NOTE: This is my issue why it won't start, please feel free to assume what issue could be. The pull cord is Not catching to be able to start the ATC. it pulls and recoils just fine, but it just doesn't catch on something, maybe you might understand stand why. I did ask the Honda dealer mechanic and he told me, but I forgot what he called it. He did say it costs about $150 plus labor the only thing is they don't repair ATC at their location. I don't remember the name of the part that the starter cord connects to other than the coil or pulley but I do know that is the issue "Not catching" to get ignition to start. It also needs the front Tire and Back Right Tire and maybe a tune up since it is now 2 seasons not running. I hope this helps, maybe you can suggest what it maybe?
