Check out this very sharp 1953 Ford F100! Perfect show truck for the local cruise night! This F100 is turnkey and ready to go! This one was built at the Windsor,Ontario Ford plant,as seen on the data plate.This Canadian truck was customized in the late 1990's and early 2000's and was shown in many car shows.This one is now powered by a powerful 390 V8 from a 1968 Ford Torino GT and backed by a strong C6 automatic transmission.It has a heavy duty radiator plus a Ford 9 inch limited slip rear end with 4.10 gear ratio.It has a Holley Street Dominator intake and a aftermarket Edelbrock carb,plus Ford chrome dress up kit. It runs and drives very good down the road.The front brakes are disc setup and the fuel tank has been relocated to underneath the chassis.This truck is not equipped with power steering and the steering feels sloppy.It does have a Vintage Air kit,but heater/defroster only no A/C. It has Stewart Warner (Wings Series) gauge package installed on the dash.The interior has a Pioneer AM-FM CD stereo with detachable face and 4 speakers.The comfy cloth seat with center storage is super clean and the glass is clean and clear. The Mustang Yellow paint looks great for its age,with just minor wear.The body is very straight and solid.The floors and frame are extra clean with no evidence of panel replacement or repair.The custom tilt hood functions nicely. The chrome bumpers are near perfect and shiny. The maple wood bed floor is in great shape and includes a custom painted tool box for storage.All the exterior lights work accordingly plus even the horn! The white letter radial tires have plenty of tread and look sharp on the chrome reverse wheels!
