Up for sail is a classic 1978 Morgan Out Islander 41'3" in good condition. The boat sleeps 7 people. No soft spot on the deck. Boat is out of water since 2002 (VERY DRY). A report of marine survey done August 30 2014 by a professional surveyor stating... the boat was worth $ 39,100.00 without the engine and generator. Hull blisters was peeled, dry for 90 days and epoxy put on, used one season since. ( Invoice $10,010.00 repair was done by Harbortown Boatyard in Fort Pierce Florida ) NEW berth cushions and cockpit cushions. NEW cockpit canvas and side curtains. Gel coat cracking, hull oxidized. The masts, running rigging and sails are in very good condition. Old engine and gen-set removed. Include with the boat are Bimini Top, Cockpit Cover, Autopilot, Battery Charger, Compass, Depth Finder, inverter, VHF Radio, Stereo w/Cassette, BBQ, Rod holders, Microwave, Gas Stove, Refrigerator, 2 heads, Water Heater, Bath Sink, Galley Sink, A/C, Anchors, Bilge Pump, Cushions, Fire Extinguisher, Heater, Shore Power, Windlass, Jib, Main Sail, Mizzen Sail, Backstay, Boom, Boom Vang, Forestay, Halyards, Mast, Main Sail cover, Mizzen-Mast, Navigation Lights, Roller Furling, Rudder, Reefing Lines, Self-Tailing Winches, Stays, Tiller, Whisker Pole, Wheel Tiller, Winch Handles,The pedestal and wheel are there. They were taking off to get the engine and gen-set out.... NO structural damage, the boat never sank and NO major accident, the rigging and chain plates was replaced by the second previous owner, the tanks are original the material made... I believe they are aluminum? NO leaks, NO leaks from ports, hatches, hull deck joint, NO rot on bulkheads or stringers. The boat is presently at DRY DOCK MARINE CORP. This deposit is non refundable should the buyer fail to pay the remaining balance. The remaining balance is due by cash in person or bank to bank transfer within 3 days from end of auction.
