This is a 1971 Jaguar XKE 2+2 Coupe. 8/71 production date. It has a 77 Ford 302 V8 with C4 automatic tranny. They fit it in there without hacking apart the firewall or front birdcage.I got it to turn over but not started. Previous owner Put a new starter, plug wires, coil, ignition module, plugs, etc. the body has dents and other damage, but is actually pretty rustfree.Nice flat solid rustfree floors, nice rockers and all around clean and rustfree. Looks like it had some poor bodywork done on the right rear.. Thick bondo falling off. The passenger door has a pretty good dent in it. The windshield is broken, The rear side glass is missing. The tachometer is gone, as is the ignition key as someone drilled out the tumbler.The interior is original. Meaning dried out and needing replacement. The dash is not bad with most or all switches and gauges present. .
