Up for NO RESERVE auction is a 1961 Chevy Bel Air.  It has 42,258 original miles, a Powerglide automatic transmission, a clean Ohio title, and it is complete.  This car was my neighbors fathers car and it has sat in the garage since 1974 when he died, and it has never left the garage until my purchase in June 2015.  The car has also not been started or driven since 74'. The interior is in great shape and I encourage you to watch the video to get a better idea of the condition.  Nice headliner and the seats are easily an 8 out of 10. Although the paint is original and glossy, the body does have rust most notably in the front driver fender and one hole in the rear passenger quarter that I would consider easily repairable.  The floors are solid to step into with no Fred Flintstone effect but I can't guarantee there won't be work to do.  When looking at the underside there seems to be mostly a factory undercoating with a rotted muffler and some surface rust but no notable holes in the frame or cross member.  Remember: This is a 56 year old car and a NO RESERVE auction.  Overall this is a rare find and it is in restorable condition.  It is too big of a project for me to take on because I just bought a house and frankly I am not a mechanic.  If you want a great the opportunity to have a fun cruiser project for a fair price this is your car.  Highest bidder is the owner of this car!  Please feel free to ask any questions.  Thanks ***Note: I previously listed this to an unpaid buyer who never came to get the car or to see it.  eBay is becoming increasingly better at taking action against these types of buyers and I was able to get some money.  This is a no reserve auction and if you are highest bidder you will pay.  Please bid accordingly.  This car is sold "as is" with no warranty or guarantees.                                  Get your own valid XHTML YouTube embed code
