Very original 70 SS... I'm the 6th owner with the other 5 accounted for. this car is as original as you can find with the exception of the stripes added during the one repaint in 1997 or so. The original keys are still with the car and open the door locks as well as the console and glove box.. Key buzzer still works.. You get the picture.. I have the Protecto Plate and a binder full of info and receipts.. All engine & major parts numbers deciphered in the binder...And are all born with .. Car has won a Senior AACA award as you can see placed on the grill..Has won 2, last one was 2006.. The paint is 18 years old and has flaws and otuch up.. I'll rate it at 6.5 out of 10 to be safe.. I will say, I have had the car out to the cruise nights and have heard no complaints about the paint, just "What a Beautiful Chevelle!!" Certainly driver quality paint, but if you want it to match the condition of the rest of the car, repainting is the answer...
