We were lucky enough to have a One Owner, 57k mile example of a Toyota Tundra traded in to us last month and.....we had a vision. To make it aesthetically and mechanically as perfect as we could, many weeks and much $$$ was spent into this build. A little history on the Tundra: As you all know, the drivetrain of this vehicle is renowned all over the world and 20 year old trucks can be found still in use at every corner of the globe. The only problem is the RUST!!! Toyota admitted fault with this problem and launched a campaign to fix or replace all the frames of these vehicles at no cost to the owners. Our previous owner took them up on the warranty and had his entire frame replaced by the DEALER. It is perfect. It is ready to be driven/shown whatever you wish. With only 57k original miles, there is a lifetime left in this truck. Interior is MINT. It was well taken care of all its life so far and will hopefully go to a Toyota enthusiast similar to the 99 Tacoma we sold a few months ago. As with any 15 year old car there are a few light scratches, and one chip in the windshield. Otherwise it could be on the lot as new if, in 2000, Toyota had the forethought to package its trucks as the end user would want them. Today you see the New Toyotas are given more aggressive options from the factory, but at a cost substantially higher that what we are asking for this one.
