Vehicle Detail

Here is my 1968 Triumph Bonneville T120. It is all stock except the fender has been bobbed in the rear and the paint. It has a earlier front brake. As you can see someone spent quite a bit of $ on chrome quite a while back. All the chrome is real nice on the aluminum and that is why I say a while ago. It seem the new chrome shops don't want to do this any more as it tends to pit easily. Every thing works on this bike, and has the original battery ignition and wiring. It has the stock tool bag in the side cover. This will be sold with a Connecticut Bill of Sale as Ct. does not issue titles for vehicles this old. I will work with buyer on other paper work as needed As a good Triumph does, it leaks the appropriate amount of oil, and marks it's parking areas. I just took it out of the basement after a nap of 2 years and it started on the first kick. (it was stored correctly) Horn, high/low beam with light, break light all work fine. I have an other project that I need the funds for, so this triumph is for sale. Call me with any questions at cell 203 815 4544 or home 860 345 3080 I have the two other chrome oil tanks that go with the bike. The one on the bike is fine, just the paint is chipping. This would be an easy bike to put back to the correct color, Just the badge holes are filled on the stock tank. This is a numbers matching motorcycle, and 99% of all hard ware is original. Even the levers are not repops. I have a stock headlight bucket that is included. Thanks for looking. On Jul-05-15 at 05:31:52 PDT, seller added the following information: OK, should I say "relatively" stock, Oh, it has a earlier front BRAKE. No need for a cast,,,,,,,,,, Any Triumph aficionado could pick it apart as to this bolt is wrong, that bracket is from another year, and so on. Let the pictures speak for them selves. The head light bucket that is included may or may not be the correct year, but I know it is the correct shape. Just check out the picks and what you see is what you get. Oh, I think it has an aftermarket bulb in the tail light too.On Jul-13-15 at 11:22:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Last time this bike was listed it came within 200.00 of the reserve. I did not change the reserve. Thanks. On Jul-18-15 at 09:34:20 PDT, seller added the following information: Reserve has been lowered. Thanks for looking.
