This is a no reserve Auction All decals will be removed before purchase. 1939 Ford panel truck appears to have very low miles. We are told it was originally on a Navy base but have not confirmed history. Chassis appears to be original. Flathead Ford V8 engine with manual transmission. Wiring has been replaced at some point. I am told that the rear doors are 1940, not 1939. Runs and drives well with the exception of an occasional carburetor hiccup. Floor and doors are solid with no rust to speak of. Body is generally sound and rust free with the exception of insignificant surface rust. Trucks rebuild history is unknown. I am told that very low production numbers were in 39' possibly 250 or so but do your own research. Mileage cannot be guaranteed. And once again, will remove decals before sale and we are sure the decals will leave a dark mark where they were from sun fade.
