I have done some work on it since I have owned it, New Brakes, Shocks, Carb, Manifold. I have not gotten around to the wiring that needs some attention but have a Painless Wiring kit (purchased for $600.00) that I never got around to installing. Currently it is not running because it has been sitting and just needs a battery and bleeding of the fuel line. Overall this Suburban straight and does have some rust but not a rust bucket. It has the original interior in decent shape, but is lacking a headliner. It does have a rare roof rack option that is a hard to find item. I will also include paperwork from the original owner.
